Who Is TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

His background is relevant. It means the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker this new, that range is solid.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is available for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That will round things out once it is live.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Good for beginners.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for typical accounts. Skip it unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

The speed is where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That signals something about priorities.

Pair that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package makes sense. Hardly anyone at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

The FSRA Question

This is the thing that matters. TabTrade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is expensive. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not make it safe. It does be part of your assessment.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense is your call.

The Bonus

TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You deposit, TabTrade top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before you deposit.

The full review, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and here the bonus terms, is at tradetheday.com.
